Over the past decade, educators, workforce and industry partners have started implementing apprenticeship programs to solve the skills gap and create access to high-skilled and high-paying fields for job seekers. Those attempting to implement new programs are faced with many hurdles and unanswered questions and sustainability seems ambiguous. This workshop will take a comprehensive look at how these programs work in the context of the state workforce and education system.
